On your computer, open MapleLens Web and press Connect next to Phone under Store Permit. Then scan the code it shows:

Waiting for your computer
Run MapleLens on your computer: the Windows app, or MapleLens Web with the game window shared. Your store shows up here as soon as MapleLens sees it.
Notifications are already on.
Open your Store Permit in the game. This page switches to it as soon as MapleLens sees it open.
